- all online orders and purchases are treated as B2C sell only.
- we do not provide individual GST invoice for any B2C purchase.
- any prepaid order which are dispached or delivered will not be cancelled for reason of GST bill.
B2B criteria
- purchasing from us for reselling purpose OR business!? and if you want ITC credit.
- eligible B2B purchase must fulfil below conditions.
- B2B single purchase must be Rs. 10,000/- or higher
- any single order amount below 10,000/- will considered as B2C only
B2B purchase and GST
- if you are eligible for B2B purchase with above mentioned conditions.
- you need to inform us while making order, and put your GST number in note.
- if you forgot to mention note while making order you can mail us at support@soni.fashion with below details
- order id
- mobile number
- GST Number
- Registered Business Name. - mail us before your order dispatched or delivered.
- if you forgot to inform us about GST credit we will not able to provide you credit after running month, and we were not responsible to provide you ITC credit for your order.
- as we already paid GST for all orders any post request can not be fulfilled after our GST submission.
