अगर आप अपना रिंग नाप खुद से ही निकालना चाहते है तो आप निचे दिए २ तरीको से किसी भी तरीके से निकाल शक्ते है.

| 1. Warp a piece of string or paper strip around the base of your finger. एक कागज़ की पट्टी या फिर एक धागा लीजिए फिर उनको अपने ऊँगली पर लपेड़ ले. 2. Mark the string or paper where it overlaps top form a complete circle. ऊपर फोटो में दिखये हुए तरीके से, कागज या धागा जहा से मिलते है वहा एक पेन से निशान कीजिये. 3. Measure the length of the section of string or paper where it overlaps around the finger. अब उस कागज या धागे को एक नाप पट्टी पे रख के दोनों मार्किंग की लम्बाई को नापे 4. Compare your measurement with chart to determine your ring size with 2nd Column. इस नाप को निचे दिखाए चार्ट में ढूंढे और उसके सामने वाले रिंग नाप को पसंद कीजिये. |

Example how to check your size:
Method 1: Circumference
let consider your Circumference is 72 then check range of all circumference chart range where 72 is available,
so as per above chart 72 is available in Ring Size of 26,27,28 means you can wear any of 3 rings.
- choose size 26 if you want it with minor tight feeting size
- choose size 27 if you want perfect match
- choose size 28 if you want it with minor free (loose feet) size.
मानिये के आपके द्वारा निकला हुआ परिधि (Circumference) 72 है.
अब ये नाप को Circumference चार्ट में ढूंढे जहा जहा ये नाप रेंज में है.
इस तरह चार्ट में 72 नाप 3 रिंग में पाए जा रहा है.. जो है 26,27,28
- नाप 26 को चुने आगर आप को थोड़ा फिट वाली रिंग चाहिए तो
- नाप 27 को चुने बहेतर फिटिंग के लिए
- नाप २८ को चुने अगर आपको थोड़ा ढीला फिटिंग वाला रिंग चाहिए तो.
Method 2: Inner Diameter
let consider your current Ring's Inner Diameter is 19.5
check range of all Inner Diameter chart range where 19.5 is available,
so as per above chart 19.5 is available in Ring Size of 21 & 22 means any of 2 rings may be fit to you
मानिये के आपके द्वारा निकला हुआ अंदर का व्यास 19.5 है.
अब ये नाप को Inner Diameter चार्ट में ढूंढे जहा जहा ये नाप रेंज में है.
इस तरह से चार्ट में 19.5 जो है वो 2 रिंग में पाए जा रहा है जो है 21 & 22, मतलब आप इनमे से कोई भी रिंग आप को फिट आ शक्ति है.
