Method 1: Circumference
let consider your Circumference is 65mm then check range of all circumference chart range where 65mm is available,
so as per above chart 65mm is available in Ring Size of 25.
- choose size 25 if you want perfect match
- choose size 24 if you want it with minor tight fitting size
- choose size 26 if you want it with minor free (loose fit) size.

अब ये नाप को Circumference चार्ट में ढूंढे जहा जहा ये नाप रेंज में है.
इस तरह चार्ट में 65 नाप 25 रिंग में पाए जा रहा है..

- नाप 24 को चुने आगर आप को थोड़ा फिट वाली रिंग चाहिए तो

let consider your current Ring's Inner Diameter is 19.5
check range of all Inner Diameter chart range where 19.5 is available,
so as per above chart 19.5 is in between of Ring Size 21 & 22 means any of 2 rings may be fit to you.
- choose size 21 if you want it with minor tight fitting size
- choose size 22 if you want it with minor free (loose fit) size.
