- Returns are accepted only if you receive a wrong or damaged item.
- You must raise the request within 7 days of delivery.
- An unboxing video is required as proof.
- Returns for change of mind, size or personal preference are not accepted.
- You can choose a replacement or a refund. Refunds are processed within 2 business days.
- The courier cost for sending the parcel back is paid by the customer.
